LNG, or Liquefied Natural Gas, is an environmentally friendly fuel that offers an innovative solution to the energy needs of companies that are not connected to the natural gas network and have high consumption for both production and heating purposes. It can also be used as fuel for heavy transport and bunkering.
The liquefaction process reduces its volume by 600 times: this means that a large amount of energy can be stored in a small space, making transport easier and really economical.
LNG is a gas fuel with a high calorific value, about 12,432 kcal/kg. When kept at -160°C, it can be stored and transported in a liquid state while retaining its energy properties.
