The Group

We are part of the QUIRIS SAPA industrial holding (a company partly limited by shares) together with, among others, GTS Spa, a leading European and international company in the propellant, refrigerant and technical gas production and distribution sectors; Verdenergia Srl, which generates electricity from renewable sources using photovoltaic and hydroelectric power plants in Italy and abroad; and LNG Med, a company that deals with LNG logistics.

QUIRIS SAPA is owned by the Quirico and Risso families and performs management and coordination activities for its direct and indirect subsidiaries, pursuant to the Italian Civil Code.
